Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK), the Capricorn Ventures-backed group, will open a further six sites before the end of the year.
The 63-strong group will open its next sites in May in Leamington Spa and at Kidzania in Westfield Stratford.
It will follow this up with openings in Bromley and Canterbury in June, with further launches in Stoke and Newport to come on line in September and November respectively.
The company is also six sites away from refreshing its whole estate, with the remaining upgrades set to be completed by August.
The Alasdair Murdoch-led group is understood to be seeing good ROI from those restaurants already refreshed.
The group has secured a site at L&G’s development in Bracknell.
