Gaucho has been confirmed as opening a new site in St Andrews Square, Edinburgh, later this year.
As previously flagged up by MCA, the company has agreed a deal for a 6,512sq ft space on a 20-year lease and taken the last remaining unit in the development.
The Ivy, Dishoom, The Refinery and Vapiano have also signed up to the development.
The Equistone-backed, Luke Johnson-chaired Gaucho is to return to Scotland with its eponymous brand, 15 years after closing a site in Glasgow.
David Stewart, fund manager at landlord Aberdeen Standard Investments, said: “The line-up on the south side of the square is now complete. We have attracted a great mixture of chefs and restaurants to Scotland for the first time.”
Bruce Gillingham Pollard acted for Standard Life Pooled Property Pension Fund, whilst Gaucho was represented by Insight Retail.
