Gaucho, the Argentinean steakhouse concept led by Zeev Godik, has appointed Brett Duarte as executive chef to oversee company’s restaurants in the UK and Dubai.

Duarte will be responsible for overseeing food innovation across the 15-strong Gaucho’s sites, as well as leading seasonal menu development.

Gaucho managing director Martin Williams said: “We are thrilled that Brett has joined the Gaucho Group. His experience overseeing menus and large events at top quality restaurants will ensure that he maintains consistently high standards of dining across all Gaucho restaurants in the UK and Dubai.”
