Gail’s, the bakery and café chain backed by Luke Johnson, has acquired its fifteenth site, after securing the former La Forchetta unit in London’s Belsize Park.
The chain, which is led by Tom Molnar and looking to open four new bakery café outlets this year in total, paid a positive premium of £35k for the A3 unit located almost opposite Belsize Park tube station.
It opened its 14th site in the capital last month in Dulwich Village.
