G1 Group, the Scotland-based hospitality group, has announced it is in the process of acquiring two “iconic units” to complement its existing 55-strong estate.
The Stefan King-led group said that the details of the two locations would be revealed in the next couple of weeks.
It also confirmed that operations director Michael Horan would leave the business at the end of June. As previously revealed by MCA, Horan is to join YO! Sushi as its new operations director.
Paul Bailey, G1 Group’s HR director, said: “Michael’s decisions came at a time when the business is experiencing substantial change both with culture and growth however, we wish him well in his new role. We are now looking for an exceptional leader to support our exciting journey as we further diversify our estate and brands.”
