Fridays has launched a Tex-Mex range to add to its recently revamped menu ahead of its newest flagship store and 85th UK venue, opening in Chelmsford on 13 May.

The American-inspired cocktail bar and restaurant, part of the Hostmore group, announced the addition of new items including fajitas, quesadillas, and tacos, along with vegan and plant-based options. Some of the new additions featured in the top ten selling dishes in April, Fridays reports.
