Brothers Andrea and Alberto Fraquelli are launching Fraq’s Lobster Shack, a 30-cover eat in/takeout seafood restaurant on London’s Goodge Street in November.

The compact menu will feature dishes from the East Coast of America with a focus on lobster and seafood. Average spend will be around £25 a head with wine.

The Fraquelli brothers are third generation members of the family behind restaurant group Metropolitan Restaurants.
