Franco Manca, the Fulham Shore-owned brand, is to further cement its partnership with retailer Debenhams by taking space in its flagship site in London’s Oxford Street.
The retailer has submitted a planning application to Westminster Council for a c3,000sq ft Franco Manca at the rear of the building, with a new entrance to be created into the restaurant, close to the corner of Vere Street and Henrietta Place.
In June 2016, Franco Manca and Debenhams said that they could eventually open 30 joint sites across the UK.
To date Franco Manca has opened outlets in Debenhams stores in Bournemouth, White City and Reading.
It currently operates 42 sites in the UK, plus a site in Salina, Italy.
The company opened on the former Grillstock site in Bath early this year and will open its next site in Market Hill, Cambridge.
