Pizza Luxe, the concept founded by Laura Pabon and her partner Paul Goodale, ex-chief executive of Fishworks, has opened its first standalone site at Westfield Stratford.

The concept, which features small gourmet pizzas, operates as a cantina/café during the day before becoming more of a bar in the evening.

Pabon had previously operated the concept at markets in Brick Lane and Borough.

She and Goodale currently operate Epicurean Holdings, the restaurant consultancy businesses.

Goodale is also director of restaurants at Harrods.

Davis Coffer Lyons advised on the Westfield letting.
