Steve Bagatti has left Davis Coffer Lyons (DCL) to set up his own property agency specialising in the hospitality and leisure sector called Selsian.
He will provide market advice to clients on both the operator and landlord side on all property aspects related with restaurants, bars, clubs, pubs and cafés.
Bagatti has many year experience in the sector and prior to joining DCL he worked for Shelley Sandzer and Christie & Co.
His portfolio of clients included the industry’s key players such as Clapham House, Luminar Leisure, Nandos, Paramount, Ping Pong, Prezzo, Tasty and Tragus.
Prior to entering the leisure property sector in 2002, Bagatti worked for Scottish & Newcastle Retail and La Tasca in unit and area management.
