Pancake concept Fluffy Fluffy is set to more than double its estate in the UK with seven locations in the pipeline.
The Canadian brand launched in Manchester in October 2022 and has since expanded to Leicester, Reading, Leeds, Liverpool, and Bristol, with a store in Egham due to open in April.
Fluffy Fluffy launched in Canada in 2018 with an offer blending pancakes, a Canadian staple, with the airy and light texture of East Asian desserts.
Along with its signature souffle pancakes, the brand also serves fusion desserts such as Japanese Basque cheesecakes and ‘fatcarons’, a Korean take on macarons.
The group is on the lookout for franchise partners to expand further. Its operating system is designed to meet quick services, it says, while the product is ‘original and best in the market.’
