What’s your main business priority over the next 12 months?
Acquisition of more quality sites in London and a few select number of other cities in the UK
What is the best marketing campaign you have seen in the past 12 months?
The Pret Vegetarian -simple campaign executed really well
Where did you have your best meal over the past year?
I was blown away by the quality of the food in Rockpool in Sydney and in the UK I think Duck & Rice is exceptional

What is your main concern for the sector?
With Brexit , maintaining the quality of talent for our industry that comes from all over the world but particularly in our business from Italy.
Which other business (any sector) would you most like to run and why?
I really love running Vapiano because of the people I work with both direct employees and consultants however running Manchester United I am sure would be great fun
