Five Guys will join Bella Italia and Prezzo in opening a site at the Ashton Leisure Park, near Manchester, next spring.
Each of the three new restaurant operators has taken 15-year leases in a newly created triple-unit catering terrace at the park. Five Guys has taken a 3,500sq ft space, while Bella Italia has secured a 4,000sq ft, and Prezzo a 3,250sq ft unit.
Ashton Leisure Park currently comprises a IMAX Cineworld cinema, a Hollywood Bowl bowling alley and five restaurants, including Chiquito, Nando’s, Frankie and Benny’s, Eat Inn Chinese Buffet and a Harvester pub.
Fuve Guys currently operates 16 sites in the UK, with openings in Leeds, London’s Argyll Street and Glasgow lined up for next month.
It will open in Edinburgh in January.
