Galley, a restaurant serving international dishes with a strong focus on fish, is set to open its doors on Islington’s Upper Street next month.

The 70-cover restaurant, the creation of chef Marcel Grzyb and his sister, stylist Oriona Robb, will officially open on the former United Ramen site on 2 February following a soft launch from 29 January.

United Ramen, the Japanese restaurant and takeaway concept, was the brainchild of Aaron Resch.

It opened in Islington in September 2014 and played host to a number of kitchen collaborations – including with Masterchef winner Tim Anderson.
