Brazilian rotisserie and steak house Fazenda is sourcing its fourth site with a view to opening in summer 2016.

Founder Tomas Maunier said the group is looking across the country including Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, London and Bristol for the next location.

Maunier said he is currently focused on ensuring the company is geared up for growth by increasing and improving the number of staff.

He said the location is essential to the success of the business and has witnessed this in Manchester with its Spinningfields site that opened last autumn.

Fazenda opened its first restaurant in Leeds in 2011 followed by Liverpool in 2013 that each serve 15 different cuts of beef, chicken, lamb and pork alongside a salad bar with sushi, smoked salmon, cured meats, hot dishes and traditional Brazilian dishes.
