Buddy Setter, ex-recruitment manager at Italian café and deli chain Carluccio’s, has launched his own pub venture, Bumpkin Pub Company, in Devon.
Setter opened his first pub, the Nelson in Topsham, near Exeter, at the end of last month.
The pub is focussing on using locally sourced food and drink.
Setter, who also had stints at caterers Aramark and Sodexho, is currently looking at other locations in the region to open further pubs under the Bumpkin banner.
