Sergi Arola, the Michelin-starred Spanish chef who trained at El Bulli, has opened his first eatery in London. He has launched the Durius River Café on the Thames opposite the Tate Gallery. The menu offers cured meats, cheeses, breads and salads along with an extensive range of wines from the Marqués de la Concordia label, as well as wines from Rioja and Rueda.
