Ed’s Easy Dinner has launched its new summer menu, adding several new vegan options.

The new menu also features its first permanent vegan burger – the Beet-Root 66, and vegan peanut butter and banana sundaes.

The brand, operated by Boparan, has also launched a new Nashville hot fried chicken burger, foot long hotdogs and pancakes and has increased its range of kids main courses, to include a Rainbow salad.

Earlier this year a CVA was approved for Giraffe Concepts Limited – the Boparan Restaurant Group subsidiary that operates the Giraffe and Ed’s Easy Diner brands, with 27 Ed’s Easy Diners to close under the agreement, leaving it with an estate of 16 restaurants.
