Farmer J has secured backing from Edition Capital as the healthy fast casual concept looks to continue its expansion.

The chain, founded by Jonathan Recanati in 2014, currently has 10 locations in London and looks to expand further in the capital, in the UK, and eventually internationally.

Farmer J’s unique proposition offers fast casual food that is both filling and healthier than processed alternatives, “evidenced by the consistent coverage in the press and very positive online reviews, further corroborated by the long queues typically seen outside their venues during peak hours,” according to Edition Capital.

Edition’s other hospitality investments include Incipio Group, WatchHouse, Club Mexicana, Little Door & Co, and Pizzaluxe Group.
