EDū, a contemporary Spanish concept, is opening at Incipio’s The Prince at West Brompton Crossing, MCA understands.

EDū is led by Eduardo Echevarria and Daniele Pino, a former chef at Bao London, Chiltern Firehouse and Galvin.

Their food is inspired by classic Spanish recipes and ingredients, with the ‘mixto’ concept also influenced by international cuisines.

The concept currently operates at Flat Iron Square.
