Investment vehicle Ducalian Capital is believed to have acquired Carvosso’s at 210, the bar and restaurant based on Chiswick High Road, for an undisclosed sum, MCA understands.
It is thought that Ducalian is set to relaunch the site, which was believed to be valued at c£3.5m, as a gastropub.
Last month, MCA revealed that Holborn Leisure Group, the Ducalian Capital-backed pub vehicle, had taken on the Kensington Park Hotel in Ladbroke Grove.
The group, which is led by Shane Styles, formerly of the Meredith Group, is understood to be refurbishing the site ahead of an opening in June 2018.
The group is also working with former Racine chef Henry Harris to re-open Maida Vale gastropub, the Truscott Arms. The pub is due to re-open in October. Meanwhile, the Coach House in Clerkenwell is due to launch in January.
Holborn Leisure also operates the Harcourt in Marylebone and the Three Cranes in the City.
