Chopstix, the noodle bar operated by the Oodle Noodle group, is opening two new sites this summer at the Merrion Shopping Centre and The Core Shopping Centre, both in Leeds, West Yorkshire, M&C Report has learnt.
The casual dining noodle concept opened its fifth motorway site last week at Stop 24, Folkstone on the M20 and plans to continue opening new sites at transport locations.
A spokesperson for the company told M&C: “We usually have a target of one a month which would make 12 a year, but that could end up being more like 14 if two are opened at once, as happened this past year.”
The company currently operates 20 restaurants across the country, including franchise operations, in shopping centres and motorway service station locations.
The most recently opened sites are at motorway service stations at Blackburn, Baldock and Folkstone.
