Dishoom has said its original Covent Garden restaurant will undergo a “major redesign” to mark its 10th anniversary next year.

It said the restaurant will be “completely transformed” working Macaulay Sinclair, Dishoom’s long-term partners and the team behind Dishoom’s restaurants in King’s Cross, Carnaby, Kensington, Edinburgh and Manchester.

The revamp will mean a “significant expansion” of the site into the neighbouring unit at 11 Upper St Martin’s Lane, a former Jamie’s Italian site.
