Dishoom, the all-day Indian cafe concept, has lined up a fourth opening in central London, M&C Report understands.

The group, which earlier this year won the Best Venue award at Retailers’ Retailer for its King’s Cross opening, is understood to have exchanged on 22 Kingly Street, Carnaby, for an opening later this year.

22 Kingly Street comprises 6,375sq ft spread over ground floor and basement levels, plus a rear courtyard.

The group opened its third site in King’s Cross last year after taking a 9,000 sq ft space on Stable Street, by Granary Square, which became it largest venue to date.

Dishoom Covent Garden opened in 2010, and after the Dishoom Chowpatty Beach pop-up at Southbank in summer 2011, the second permanent site, Dishoom Shoreditch, opened in 2012.

It is understood that Davis Coffer Lyons acted on the Kingly Street deal.
