DiMaggio’s Restaurant Group, the independent Scottish operator, is planning to open a standalone jazz bar in Glasgow and a boutique hotel inside an old police station in Fort William, M&C has learnt.
Operations director Paul Sloan told M&C Tobacco Road will be a 1950s inspired blues, jazz and barbecue joint in Glasgow city centre.
The group has bought a large police station in Fort William, in the Scottish Highlands to convert into a hotel with boutique rooms in the original jail cells.
