Tasty, the operator of the Dim T chain of restaurants, plans to open a minimum of four new sites this year to take its portfolio to 12 outlets. The company will open its ninth restaurant in March, with the launch of a 120-cover site in Wilton Street, Victoria. Its 10th restaurant will open a month later in Milton Keynes. M&C Report understands that the company is in early negotiations over a further two sites, which it hopes to open during the second half of the year. The company, which is backed by Adam and Sam Kaye, announced in November that it intended to raise up to £2.2m through a share placing to accelerate its expansion plans. It closed its Nottingham site in October last year after a drop off in trade.
