Dim T, the dim sum chain of restaurants, will open its fifth site before the end of the year at More London, the 13-acre business district between London Bridge and Tower Bridge.

The company, which currently runs three sites in London, in Highgate, Hampstead, and Charlotte Street, plus a recently opened outlet in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, is also in negotiations to open a sixth site before the end of the year.

The company has taken a 4,675 sq ft unit at the More London scheme, which includes the 245-room Hilton London Tower Bridge hotel, health club thirtysevendegrees, plus Strada and Caffe Nero outlets.

The group, which was launched by the Kaye brothers, listed earlier this year and raised an expansion fund of £1.8m through a share placing.

It plans to expand to 24 sites over the next three years
The restaurants, which have room for between 92-110 covers, serve a mixture of oriental dishes including noodles and dumplings, with spend per head ranging from £11 during lunchtime and £16 in the evening.

Adam and Samuel Kaye also founded the ASK and Zizzi eating out brands.
