De Vere Village Urban Resorts is rolling out a new Italian restaurant concept called Vinny & Vito across its 25-strong Village estate.

The group, which is led by Robert Cook, the former chief executive of Malmaison and Hotel du Vin, has already launched the pasta and pizza brand in its Village sites in Swansea, Manchester and Bury, with a fourth set to open in Cardiff on 1 May.

Last year, Cook started the rollout of a new pub restaurant concept, called Victory Chop & Ale House, across De Vere’s mid-market Village chain.

A typical De Vere Village Hotel has about 125 bedrooms with a restaurant, a pub, Starbucks coffee shop, meeting spaces and a health and fitness club.
