De Vere Village Urban Resorts is continuing to roll out its new Italian restaurant concept called Vinny & Vito across its 25-strong Village estate, after the success of its four initial openings.
The group, which is led by Robert Cook, the former chief executive of Malmaison and Hotel du Vin, is set to launch the pasta and pizza brand in its Village sites in Leeds (today) and in Solihull next month.
Launched late last year, the brand has already been opened in Swansea, Cardiff, Manchester and Bury.
Last year, Cook started the rollout of a new pub restaurant concept, called Victory Chop & Ale House, across De Vere’s mid-market Village chain.
