D&D London is re-launching Sartoria following a major refurbishment.

The restaurant will re-open on Saville Row on 7 December with a new bar and cicchetti counter as well as two private dining rooms.

Head chef Francesco Mazzei has created an all-day dining menu including new Italian breakfast menu. The lunch and dinners menus include warm lobster salad sybarita style; home-cured baccalá marinated in liquorice; spaghetti carbonara with truffle and pork chop with cocoa beans, chard and n’duja.

The restaurant and bar will host wine tasting events with head sommelier Michael Simms in the extensive wine cellar.

As part of its refurbishment programme, D&D is also re-launching Alcazar in Paris.
