Döner Shack will open a new site Manchester Arndale, one of several corporate and franchise openings planned across the UK this year.

The quick-service German-style kebab concept has completed on a lease at the shopping centre after several months of delay due to Covid-19.

Döner Shack is a flexible format for shopping centres, while Döner Haus is its full restaurant.

The site is being operated by multi-unit franchise partner and Döner Shack CEO Suj Legha.

MD and co-founder Sanjeev Sanghera said: “This is one of several corporate and franchise owned openings this year across the UK.
