Crepeaffaire, the all-day crepe concept, has confirmed it will open at KidZania in London’s Westfield shopping centre that is scheduled to open this spring.

As revealed in M&C Report in November, the Crepeafffaire Mini concept will be a part of the KidZania “mini city” being designed and built just for children that will include an airport, hospital, its own currency and newspaper as well as shops and food outlets. British Airways and Cadbury are involved in the education and entertainment project that will launch soon.

The new mini-concept called Crepeaffaire Mini will serve a reduced version of its crepe menu specifically for children served from a van and retaining the “urban feel”.

“We’re branching out into the children’s market with the launch in early 2015,” Daniel Spinath, founder of Crepeaffaire told M&C. “It will be interesting to see how it works on a small version.”

He said the mini-format is something the company would like to develop further alongside its mall, shop and Crepeaffaire van formats.
