Cote, the French brasserie chain backed by CBPE, has secured a site in the West Sussex town of Haywards Heath for an opening near the end of this year.
The group, which will go on site in Amersham and Norwich next Monday, has secured the unit at 59-61 The Broadway in the town.
The group, which is looking to open up to 15 new sites across the UK this year taking its estate past the 70-restaurant mark, opened its 63rd site last week in Fulham.
It will open further sites this month in Cheltenham (13th) and West Bridgford (20th).
It recently secured part of the Jack Wills store in Canterbury’s St George’s Street for an opening later this summer.
Since the start of the year, the company has also secured a site in Leamington Spa.
It has also lined up openings in Glasgow and Harrogate for later in the year.
