Coal Grill and Bar has invested nearly £1m on the opening of its latest restaurant in Milton Keynes.
Located at Xscape extreme sports and leisure park, the group’s seventh site covers 3500sq ft providing 120 covers, plus a cocktail bar.
With an open plan, theatre style kitchen, the restaurant offers full a la Carte and Prix Fixe menus which include fresh chargrilled cuisine, seafood, pizza and pastas as well as Coal’s signature dish, Firesticks; flame grilled skewers of prime meat and fish served on a hot skillet. The restaurant is open throughout the day and evening for breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails.
John Gater, managing director of Coal Grill and Bar said: “We are very excited to open a new Coal Grill and Bar at Xscape. This ultimate entertainment destination is a great fit with our dynamic restaurants and bars and is a key site in our expansion plans for locations across the UK.”
Established in 2007, Coal Grill and Bar also includes restaurants in Basingstoke, Sheffield, Bristol and Exeter with contracts on five new opening agreed for 2014.
