Noodle Oodle Group has secured a former Starbucks unit in Nottingham for Chopstix, its Chinese buffet brand and is in legals on another three sites.
The company, which also operates under the Wok in a Box, Oodle Noodle, New Organic Noodle Concept and Noodle Stop brands, is believed to be in talks on a sites in Bristol and Stevenage for the fast-growing Chopstix brand.
It recently secured units in three McArthurGlen Designer Outlets in Bridgend, Livingston and East Midlands, plus sites in Sutton and Lakeside in Essex as it closes in on having an estate of 30 sites operating under the brand across the UK.
Noodle Oodle has ambitious plans for the Chopstix brand, which can fit a variety of different sized outlets.
