Chopstix, the noodle bar operated by the Oodle Noodle group, is opening six new sites in shopping centres and one roadside location in the coming months.
These include shopping centres in Redditch, Leeds, Dundee, Great Yarmouth and Blackburn as well as the Baldock Extra Motorway Service in Hertforshire.
The casual dining noodle concept currently operates 14 restaurants across the country, including franchise operations, in shopping centre and motorway service station Extra locations.
The 35-strong company, which also operates under the Wok in a Box, Oodle Noodle, New Organic Noodle Concept and Noodle Stop brands, recently launched units in Crawley and Woking.
