Carl Clarke, the chef and pop-up restaurant expert, is to open the first permanent site for his Chick’ n Sours concept in Dalston in April.

The chef and his business partner David Wolanski have secured a site on Kingsland Road for the concept which is based around fried chicken and sour cocktails.

Last year Clarke oversaw the new food and beverage offering at Hertford House Hotel, relaunching the restaurant, bar and cocktail lounge.
