Amir Chen, the former co-owner of Apostrophe, is launching a new restaurant concept Delamina with his wife Limor in Marylebone in February.

It will be the sister restaurant to Strut & Cluck in Shoreditch, with dishes inspired by Limor’s fusion Middle Eastern home cooking and Israeli background.

The focus is on grilling and roasting with a drinks list featuring Israeli and Lebanese vintages and house cocktails using the herbs and spices of the region.

The interior design features organic materials, found objects and collectables, alongside family photos and greenery, with art installations from artist Limor.

Chen founded Apostrophe in 2004 and acted as chief executive until the company was wholly acquired by CH&Co in April last year. He remained with the company in an advisory role until last July but stepped down to pursue other opportunities.
