Ceviche, the hotly-tipped Peruvian restaurant and bar concept headed by Martin Morales, has moved a step closer to opening it second site in London’s Shoreditch.
The group has put in a licensing application to open in the basement and ground floor at 1 Redchurch Street close to Dishoom’s second unit.

Launched in Soho in early 2012, the group launched its latest fundraising at the abck end of last year and looking to match the £1m it raised in its initial fundraising.
The company hopes to have four sites operating under the brand by the end of 2014, with a further six sites to be added by the start of 2018.
