Carluccio’s, the all-day Italian café chain led by Simon Kossoff, is to open at Dorchester’s Brewery Square development. The group, which plans to open 10 sites in total this year, has secured a c.3,200sq ft unit at the former Eldridge Pope Brewery site development and joins Wagamama, Café Rouge, Pizza Express and Zizzi in the pre-let line up. The restaurant is scheduled to open in September this year. The chain, which currently operates 57 sites in the UK, will open its next restaurant on the site of the Colony Bar & Grill site in London’s Marylebone. It has also secured a site at the Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield.
