Camm & Hooper (C&H), the new concept backed by Imbiba Partnership, the investment company behind Drake & Morgan, is in talks to acquire Green’s Restaurant and Oyster Bar, the central London restaurant formerly headed by Simon Parker Bowles, for its second site.

The company, which opened its first site Tanner & Co on the former Delfina unit in London’s Bermondsey Street earlier this year, plans to open six sites over the next three years.

It has not exchanged yet on the Green’s site, which will close this week and be relocated.

Claire Lawson, who used to run the Brewery venue in Chiswell Street, is overseeing the rollout of the Camm & Hooper concept, which will largely focus on a pre-booked offer.

Earlier this year, a new company was set up to raise c£5m to develop Green’s Restaurant and Oyster Bar.

Green’s 2013 was established to raise the money under the Enterprise Investment Scheme to relocate it to Marco Pierre White’s Wheeler’s of St James’s.

Seb Howard at CBRE is understood to be advising on the Green’s deal.
