Busaba Eathai, the Thai restaurant chain founded by Alan Yau and backed by Phoenix Capital Partners, has launched a delivery service from selected sites in London.
The 10-strong group, which saw its turnover for the year to 26 May 2012 nudge £21m and saw restaurant EBITDA rise 23.4% to £3.4m, has teamed up with Deliveroo to offer the new service that covers its King’s Road and Bird Street restaurants.
It is thought that if the new service is successful it will be gradually rolled out to the group’s other sites in the capital.
