Busaba Eathai, the Thai restaurant chain founded by Alan Yau, will open its 10th site in total and its fourth this year, later this month in London’s Chelsea. The company, which is backed by Phoenix Capital Partners and run by operations director Jale Erentok, will open the site on the Kings Road. It is thought to have already lined up a further opening in the capital, with Camden a mooted possible destination. The group opened its first site outside the capital in Bicester Village in February, which was followed by further openings this year in Covent Garden and at Westfield Stratford.
