Burger & Lobster is to consolidate its London estate, after placing two sites in the capital on the market, MCA has learnt.
The group, which operates 14 sites in the UK and five overseas, is believed to have appointed CBRE to advise on the sale of its sites in Farringdon and the Old Bailey.
Earlier this year, it placed its three regional sites in Bath, Cardiff and Manchester on the market. It subsequently closed the Cardiff restaurant.
MCA understands that a high level of interest has been shown in the three regional units.
Over the summer, the group, which recently made its debut in Saudi Arabia, after opening a restaurant in Jeddah, opened in High Holborn, West India Quay and Leicester Square.
Further overseas openings are also lined up in New York, its second in the city, and in Malaysia with the Genting Group.
