Burger & Lobster, the Goodman-owned London-based group, is offering a breakfast menu at its recently opened Threadneedles restaurant on the former Pacific Oriental site.

The limited menu includes a 6oz breakfast burger with a poached egg, hash browns and beans; American style pancakes with maple syrup and bacon; and lobster meat with scrambled eggs on a muffin served with a hot drink or juice.

The fast-expanding is understood to have sites lined up in Leeds, Manchester and Bath after opening in Cardiff earlier this year to grow its estate away from the capital. The company, which launched internationally in New York last year, will open in Stockholm next month as part of a collaboration with the Swedish-based group Pontus Frithiof and Thomas Dahlstedt.
