Street food concept Burger & Beyond has secured its first permanent site, in Shoreditch.
The restaurant will open at 147 Shoreditch High Street, in November.
Burger & Beyond currently trades at KERB, Street Feast and Camden Assembly, and will be bringing an extended menu to its first bricks and mortar site.
Burgers and sides will take centre stage, however ‘drinking snacks’, such as chicken skin and bread with bone marrow butter, and small plates, such as shaved rib cap with anchovy butter and deep fried lamb nuggets with burnt onion dip, will also be on offer, alongside cocktails.
Directors, Craig Povoas and Tom Stock said, “We are thrilled to be opening our first restaurant in Shoreditch, the location is perfect and the design brings our vision to life.
“The restaurant will showcase a different side to Burger & Beyond whilst staying true to the foundations of our brand, something that is not always possible within the constraints of the street food market.”
