The people behind Bravas Tapas are to open another restaurant in St Katherine Docks, specialising in Japanese/Peruvian fusion food.
Bal Thind and Victor Garvey will open Amaru on 5 January at Ivory House.
Serving Nikkei cuisine the venue will offer takeaway and seating for 15, serving sushi, salads, cerviches and tiradito.
