Brasserie Blanc, the Core Capital-backed brand, has started the roll of its new evolved design, after seeing an uplift in sales at its already refurbished restaurants

The 20-strong, which is led by Mark Derry, opened its upgraded Cheltenham site earlier this week and will be on site at its Winchester restaurant later this month.

The group has already seen a 25% uplift in sales at its Charlotte Street site, which was refurbished earlier this summer.

The company launched its new evolved design at its Beaconsfield site earlier this year.

The new format reflects a slightly more casual and contemporary feel but with all the ”facilities and comfort customers expect from the Raymond Blanc-inspired brand”.

Brasserie Bar Co plans to concentrate on upgrading the Blanc estate over the coming few years, whilst adding one or two sites a year to the brand’s portfolio.

Earlier this year, Brasserie Bar Co, the owner of the Brasserie Blanc chain and White Brasserie Company, secured £13.5m of new funding from ESO Capital Group to support the expansion and development of the group.
