Bourgee targets expansion and new concept

Bourgee, the “affordable luxury” steak and lobster restaurant concept from high-profile chef Mark Baumann, aims to grow to 15 sites over three to five years and plans to introduce a new format under the Bourgee banner next year, M&C Report has learnt
