Midlands-founded franchise concept Boo Burger has opened its latest site in Birmingham – one of five sites in the pipeline for the brand.
Boo Burger, led by Mohammed Suleman, has opened on 127-129 Alcester Road in Birmingham.
The elevated fast food brand also has sites upcoming in Circle Square in Manchester; 35 Victoria Street in Derby; 3-4 Cheapside in Preston; and 5 Gallowtree Gate in Leicester
It already has sites open in Two in Leicester (London Road and Fosse Park), Loughborough and Nottingham, as well one international site in Abu Dhabi.
Founded six years ago by Suleman, who previously worked in sales with Bloomberg, the concept is inspired by classic American burger joints, freshly made on site with their own twist.
